We’ve got you covered with five perfectly pre-made playlists for skiing. On those perfect powder days, early first tracks, or spring break ski week, turning up and tuning out on the mountain is pure bliss.

The following playlists for skiing (or snowboarding or snowshoeing) are curated by ski enthusiasts across Spotify. Feel free to shuffle through and find your favorite.

One thing to note– We don’t recommend skiing or boarding with music if you’re a beginner or the slopes are packed. Being able to hear someone coming up behind you is crucial. If you are a pro, we’re fans of the one-ear-in-one-ear-out method; so you can jam, but hear skiers around you.

Happy shredding.

Fire Throwbacks

This old-school playlist is perfect if you want some sultry slow jams. Instant swagger on the mountain.

Skiing All Day

This one is fun and funky with mostly pop-rock hits. It’s a whopping 20 hours so you can listen all week.

Ski Bum Shredding

Ski Bum Shredding is on the chiller side with feel-good tunes from Greta Van Fleet, Kaleo, and Moon Taxi (to name a few). Get in a mood with this skiing playlist.

Sweet Songs for Sunny Days

Perfect for bluebird days, this playlist will chill you out as you carve out the mountain. There are some old goodies on this one (“Falling in Love at a Coffee Shop,” anyone?).

Mountain Sounds

Get in a mountain mood. These songs are also on the chiller side and each sound like they belong on a movie soundtrack.

Whichever mountain you choose to ski or snowboard, keep your headphones by your side for these playlists for skiing. For more musical treats, head to Belly Up, Wheeler Opera House, or the Limelight Lounge.

Headed to Aspen or Sun Valley for a week of skiing or snowboarding? Book a night (or three) at The Limelight Hotel, located in downtown Aspen and Ketchum.
